Our service technicians are factory trained, we have actually visited the manufacturer and received face to face training.  We stock many parts and supplies in our Halifax office.  Normally we repair or service your printer, embosser or shredder at your office.  If it becomes necessary to bring the machine to our shop, we are often able to provide a loaner.  As the only certified and authorized factory service facility in Atlantic Canada for Datacard, Fargo, Intimus, CIM, AMT etc.  we offer professional repairs and maintenance. 

You paid good money for your equipment, please don't trust repairs to just anybody.  We have seen printers ruined because someone used your machine to learn on.

Many internet resellers rely on the manufacturer's depot service plan.  It sounds good in theory, but real life is different.  Depot service means you have to pack the machine up and return it to the manufacturer, expensive and often involving lengthy downtime.  If the problem is due to operator error, or with software, the problem will still be there when you get the "repaired" machine back.  On-site service from Davies will prevent this.
